nykyisin tuntuu että jokainen potee jonkin sortin masennusta…jotkut vain lievää teini angstia ja jotkut ovat niin allapäin etteivät näe enää mitään valoisaa elämässä, ja jotkut eivät edes tiedä edes olevan masentuneita…jos olen masentunut en ole siitä ainakaan tietoinen, ei ole todettu;ainakaan vielä. olin itse neuvoton kun kaverini masentui vakavasti, ja olen varma ellei hänellä olisi ollut ystäviä tukena, tulos olisi ollut toinen…yllätin hänet monesti etsimässä pakokeinoa täältä, istuimme liian usein lyyhistyneinä lattialle sylikkäin ja yritin pitää hänen elämäänsä koossa kun hän ei siihen itse pystynyt. korjasin verisiä veitsiä ja siivosin jälkiä, onneksi se meni lopulta ohi. hän löysi elämän.oli hirveää katsoa toisen tuskaa ja olla avuton, kun en ollut hänen kanssaan mietin montako uutta viiltoa löytyisi ruumiista, montako kipulääkettä hän oli syönyt, miten paljon alkoholia hän oli juonut…ammatilaisen avulla, ystävien ja perheen tuella hän selvisi…mutta vaarallisimpia ovat ne jotka peittävät masennuksensa, ja kun sitten jotain tapahtuukin kaikki ovat ymmällään. ihmiset ovat taitavia näyttelijöitä, he saattavat olvansa okei, mutta pinnan alla käydään jatkuvaa taistelua. kumpi voittaa elämä vai kuolema….
